Being privately owned, without the need to satisfy management shareholders, we are able dedicate more hands on time on site, personally seeing our designs through to completion. What we doWe build. Most of our properties are speculative new build houses where we identify a brownfield site, liaise with Local Authority Planning departments, design, spec and construct and then sell. Every property we build is designed to take advantage of the location. Layouts are determined by views and orientation and great thought is given to how people will wish to live within the property.
